For just the second time in the history of the Kentucky Supreme Court, arguments in the court will be broadcast on life television. Kentucky Education Television is coordinating the logistics to bring the proceedings related to the state’s public pension system into your living room. Lawmakers passed a bill earlier this year that adjusted the state’s struggling system. A state judge struck down that rule, and governor Matt Bevin appealed the ruling. The arguments are scheduled for September 20th at 10 AM.
