Two Bell County Detention Center officers are injured after two inmates got away.
Bell County Jailer Gary Ferguson said David Mosley, 41, and Matthew Price, 45, escaped the jail Tuesday night.
Ferguson said a female officer was sprayed in the eyes with some sort of cleaner, while another officer was also injured.
He said they are both being treated at Pineville Community Hospital.
Mosley was originally arrested for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and several drug charges. He is described as a white man who is 6’1″, who weighs 200 pounds and is bald.
Price was originally arrested for wanton endangerment-first degree-police officer, fleeing or evading police among several other charges. He is described as a white man who is 5’9″, who weighs 170 pounds with blondish brown hair.
Kentucky State Police troopers say both Mosley and Price have multiple tattoos, including ones on their chest.
If you see Mosley or Price or have any information about where they may be, you are encouraged to contact 911.
