Kentucky State Police arrested the Lee County shooting suspect after an overnight search.
Anthony S. Lee, 20, of Beattyville was found Friday morning. He was taken to the Three Forks Regional Jail and is charged with murder, arson, tampering with physical evidence, fleeing or evading police and two counts of wanton endangerment.
The man killed Thursday night was identified as Forest S. Lee, 26, of Beattyville. He was Anthony’s brother.

Officials with Kentucky State Police said one man is dead after a shooting in Lee County.
They said they got the call about the shooting just before 7:00 Thursday evening.
Police responded to a home off of Spencer Fork Road.
They said the initial investigation suggests two family members were arguing when one of them grabbed a gun. He then fatally shot the other man, who police confirm was related to the shooter.
The man who was shot was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the shooter took off from the scene on an ATV. Police later found an ATV they believe belongs to the alleged shooter.
They say the shooter is still on the run.
We do not know the names of the people involved in the shooting.
