A Hazard man was arrested Friday morning shortly after he allegedly robbed a bank. Manchester Police say Robert Terry walked into the First National Bank at Manchester Square Friday at about 10 am, handed a teller a bag with a note that demanded they empty their till into the bag. Once Terry had the cash, he ran off with a bank employee chasing after him. When officers caught up with Terry, they found that he was carrying a handgun. Police say after questioning Terry, they’re checking to see if he may have been involved in another bank robbery in the region.
