The parents of a young boy who shot and injured his younger sister about a week ago, now face charges in connection with the incident. Kentucky State Police say no adults were home when an 11-year old boy found a gun, and fired a shot, hitting his 6-year old sister in the head. The boy ran next door to his grandparents’ home for help. The girl is expected to fully recover from her injuries. 29-year old Jennifer Collett and 30-year old James Collett each face 3 counts of wanton endangerment and endangering the welfare of a minor.
