Two people died in a multi-car crash on US 119 in Bell County yesterday. Kentucky State Police say a pick-up headed toward Harlan drifted into the oncoming lane, side-swiped one car, and collided into a second car head-on. The truck’s driver, 72-year old Scott Wilder from Pineville, died at the scene. 71-year old Della Ingram from Wallins was driving the other car, and also died. The driver of the car that was side-swiped ran into a ditch and had non-life-threatening injuries. The road was closed for several hours while police investigated and cleared the scene.
