Pleasure Ridge Park is the 2013 Baseball State Champions!

PRP beat Mercer County 3-2 in 8 innings to win the Forcht Bank/KHSAA Baseball State Tournament in Lexington on Saturday night at Whitaker Bank Ball Park.


Greenwood Academy out of Bowling Green won the Rawling's/KHSAA Softball State Tournament on Saturday beating Owensboro Catholic 8-0 in the championship game.

Greenwood didn't lose a game all year, finishing at 44-0.


Letcher County Central Cougar football will have the 2013 Youth Football Non-Contact Camp for Grades 2-8 June 17-20 from 9:00am-11:00am each day. 

Breakfast will be served at 8:30am each day. 

You can register on the first day(Monday June 17) between 8:00-8:30am. 

Each child will learn the basics of football and have fun in 4 practices with Coach Mike Holcomb and his staff along with former and current Cougar football players. 

The price is $25.00 per child.

The Cincinnati Reds bullpen allowed 7 runs in the 10th inning and lost 11-4 to the St. Louis Cardinals last night at Great American Ball Park.

The Reds lost 2 out of 3 to the Cardinals this weekend and have lost 4 of their 5 games to find themselves 4 games back of the Cardinals tied for 2nd place with the Pirates in the NL Central.
The Reds now hit the road for a short 4 game road trip to the Windy City of Chicago.  

They'll play the Cubs Monday through Thursday before returning home to face the Brewers for 3 this coming weekend.

Game time tonight for the Reds and Cubs at Wrigley Field will be 8:05pm.  Pregame begins at 7:35pm on the ALL NEW, ALL SPORTS 920AM WTCW.
