The Letcher County Central Cougar football team ended the 2013 season with a loss on the road at Madison Southern Friday night in Berea in the opening round of the KHSAA  Class 5A playoffs.  

The final score was 49-6 and the Cougars finish at 4-7 overall in the first year under Coach Mike Holcomb.

Jenkins also ended their 2013 season with a 58-0 loss on the road at Williamsburg in the Class A playoffs.

The Cavaliers just had one victory this year under first year coach Joe Colwell.

The football Cats lost to #9 Missouri on Saturday 48-17 as they returned to SEC play.  

The Cats will take on Vanderbilt in their next game, this Saturday in Nashville.  

Kickoff is 12:21 with pregame at 10:30am.

The UK Basketball Cats are 2-0 after wins over UNC Asheville on Friday and Northern KY on Sunday.
The #1 Cats will have a huge early season matchup Tuesday night in the State Farm Champions Classic in Chicago as they take on #2 Michigan State.   

Tipoff is at 7:30pm with pregame here on the Bulldog at 6:00pm.  

The first Coach Cal Coaches Show of the year will be a week from today on November 18th.
