January 23rd: It will take 4 to 6 weeks for crews from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to make repairs to a faulty embankment along Route 194. The section of embankment in Millard is failing, and at least one lane of travel will be closed around the clock while the repairs are made. Traffic signals will be put in place to help control traffic on each end of the lane closure. While the embankment repairs should be done by the end of February. Repaving the roadway won’t happen until April.
